Long Run 11.82 Miles

Today the goal wasn't to run very fast but to take it easy and just run for 90 minutes since I worked out yesterday. Originally I was going to run by myself in the park but then I had 2nd thoughts and decided to go do the Kenyan Way long run. By the time I got up there it was too late. The guys I normally run with had already taken off and so I thought I would be running by myself. But then I saw Curt and decided to run with him. I met Curt a while back and he and I always have good conversations and today was no different. He informed me that he couldn't run any faster than 7:30's because of his bum knee and I told him that would be ok, I wasn't going to go fast today anyway. Sean told Curt not to worry "Bill runs any pace". That is so true :) We ended up running about 7:37 pace.
