Today was a real struggle for me. My goal was to run easy but my run felt anything but easy. As I was running I struggled to run 7:45 pace. Running slower wouldn't have made the effort any easier. I started to wonder if there was any underlying physical issues I was dealing with. I have been running slower for about 5 days now. So I decided to cut the run short to 6 miles. There was no need to force another 3 miles. Especially when I have a pretty big workout with Sean and Luis tomorrow. I'm wondering if I'll be able to it.
