I'm taking the day off. I just need to let my groin recuperate and do it's thing. I'm probably going to take tomorrow off as well. It's a shame but it's a lesson learned. I probably made my mistake when I attempted to do strides after my run Saturday. Not a good idea since I had a breakthrough track session the day before. Racing the last 2 miles on Saturday probably didn't help either. I'm disappointed that I'll have to miss tomorrow's hill session but oh well. The bright side is that I'll get some extra shut eye for the next few days.
