Am I back ? Well…for the first time since the injury I ran under 7 minute pace for a mile. Not only did I do that, but I ran 7 of the 9 miles under 7 minute pace with the last mile significantly under 7 minute pace. So my legs are indeed stronger. Alas, I’m still not 100% though. I’m going to keep a watchful eye over the coming week and see how my body responds to the additional stress I will be inflicting on it. Tomorrow I add the jump rope back into the mix.
