7:04 pace. I ran this midday in all of the heat and misery. I'm insane in the membrane. In other news the half and full marathons sold out in 2 days. I guess more and more people are learning about the physical and mental benefits of running.
I saw this quote on my cousin's Facebook page which is pretty clever:
