I felt strong this morning and went with the flow. The flow ended up being unusually fast. Then I checked my email and Sean came to the conclusion that both of our legs are still trashed from Peachtree and that I should not run faster than 7 minute miles for the rest of the week. Oops! Oh well there's always tomorrow :P. I did the usual cross training:

  • Arm curls
  • Squats
  • Leg Curls
  • Toe raises

On a lighter side Sean sent a classic post about swearing and training.
