6 Miles Easy

I started out prepared to do 9 but then I thought about next week and the ramp up in training so I decided to take it easy today and for the remainder of the week. That means going slower if I have to or doing a little less miles. I really shouldn't be feeling strained at all this week. Next week I should be fresh and ready to go once Sean returns back to regular training.
