I ran 9 miles today @ 7:32 pace. Three by myself and then my friend Josue tagged along for the last 6. The pace slowed but the enjoyment went up when he jumped in.
At the end of my run I ran into Shalom, an older Columbian gentleman, who left me with this pearl of wisdom:
"Brilliant people talk about ideas, the media talks about events, little people talk about other people."
