Speed Work

Today's session would consist of the following:

2 x 1 Mile with 1 minute rest 5:20
5 minute rest
2 x 800 with 1 minute rest 2:30
5 minute rest
2 x 400 with 1 minute rest 68-70 seconds

Here's how it turned out:

4.5 mile warmup @ 6:44 pace

1 mile cool down @ 8:37

All in all a great workout.
