Today was a great day for running. The weather was great. But my run was pretty average. Nothing to write home about. One thing I have noticed is now my average runs are now in the 6:40's. I didn't feel all that great or special but that being said I still ran in the 6:40's. So there has been a metamorphosis of my fitness over the past few months. Here is how how it all went down:
