The objective today was to run anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes based on how I felt. I cut the run short at 9 miles of which I ran about 8:30 pace. I got rid of my Garmin at about the 6th mile because it started to rain. I probably ran for under 80 minutes. The groin/adductor region felt better today. After the run I pretty much slept and did nothing all day. That's the first time I've been able to do that in about a year. Tomorrow I'll probably run about 3 miles. Next week it will be business as usual.
