The last few days my legs have felt pretty good. I have been taking it easy the past few days. I felt great the day after my last 5k race. I also felt great today, a day after my fartlek run. When I started my run I immediately started moving pretty fast. I can't really remember an easy run where I started off my first mile at 6:56, but that's what I did today. When I saw that pace I knew I was going to be in for a good run. It was short and sweet. Here are the splits.
