I ran quicker today because I felt so good. My legs feel like they felt before I started running except now they are stronger. I feel guilty about running and feeling this good. I need some slight, dull aches and pains. I need less elasticity and all of that other stuff that comes with running so many miles. Then I'll feel back to normal and less guilty ;)
