3 miles easy

I just ran 3 miles today to get the circulation going in the legs. Since I have a hill workout in the morning, I wanted to be physically ready for it. This means not working too hard today. That's it for now, good night.

did he actually have hills since it had rained? ususally he doesnt cause its too slick...so i went back to bed and just did my miles at a decent hour ;o)

Yep, we still did the hills and there was a good crowd out there. Although there were several moments I wished I did what you did :)
