45 minutes easy...again

Well, my streak of running fast came to an end this morning. When I looked at the temperature this morning I knew I would be slogging it along. At 38 degrees this morning all I could manage was a 7:45 pace. The park was pretty empty. It seems people are going to run if the weather is right but are going to skip it otherwise. Looking ahead for the week, it doesn't look too good temperature-wise. Temperatures look like they will be in the 30's in the morning, and so say good bye to fast runnin!
