  • 1 Mile Jump Back in with the Group

I never had it today. The legs were flat. I probably worked a bit too hard on Sunday. This continues my incredibly bad run with tempo workouts. I still feel if I had given myself enough rest coming in, I probably would have done at least 2 more miles at 5:30 pace. It's days like these where I usually have a pretty short memory. So I will file this workout away and forget about it. Pretty good group out today: Sean, Luis, Dan, Vaughn, Jose

Good group to run with. Workouts and mileage on tired legs is a feeling like no other...good and bad. :)
