- 1 Mile - 4:50 (5 min rest)
- 4 Minutes fast - 4:55 (4 min rest)
- 3 Minutes fast - 4:55 (3 min rest)
- 2 Minutes fast - 4:47 (2 min rest)
- 1 Minute fast - 4:25
I slightly screwed up the workout by resting instead of jogging the slow parts(For some reason I thought I was supposed to rest). So it was an easier workout. Oh well, at least I spent 15 minutes at sub 5 pace. I'll do better next time.
