My watch flaked out on me so I had to reset the time on it during the run. So I don't have the splits for the run. But I do know that I ran around 8:22 pace. As expected, the legs felt pretty tired. It was 41 degrees and I really didn't want to be out there but I got it done. It's supposed to be a lot colder later on in the week and I don't know what I'm going to do. I only have about 30 days of cold weather a year that I can tolerate and I used all of those up last year.
I'm going to still try and do hills early in the morning at 5:15AM for anyone that is interested.

I'm with you, dude...I can handle a couple cold days, even REALLY cold days...if we have a couple of nice, warm or mild days in between. This "stay cold" weather is getting me down!
I also seem to be reacting differently to it this year. I used to say 53* was when I would wear a singlet instead of just the jog bra. Now this year I'm finding that even a short-sleeve shirt leaves me a little too cold. I was wishing for long sleeves on my run this afternoon!
i am with pony-pony...i dont know why i cant handle the temps this year. i am cold ALL the time and normally i worship the cold weather for running. i have never had to wear so many clothes before!!!
i also think its why i am so much sore this morning after hills last night, as everything feels tight today and a bit more sore than normal. i did run the workout hard, but not THIS kind of sore hard you know?
wow, i am rambling. :o)
see ya later alligator...
