I ran these with Sean, RJ, and Vance. This basically served as a light tune up, getting the legs in motion without straining them too much. It only confirmed what I knew all along. My legs have not fully recovered from the marathon. We started out at 5:30s but Sean wanted to pick it up a bit for reps 3 and 4. I was able hang but my legs were a little bit more fatigued than they should be.
