2.85 Miles Easy

Legs are shot from yesterday. I'm skipping tonight's run as well. Will have to go at it again tomorrow. No need to force anything here even though this will cause me to be significantly behind in mileage goals for the week. Not going to add miles on the remaining days. I will attempt to complete my schedule as planned.

I'm in great shape right now. Probably the best I've been in.
