Synopsis: After feeling great the previous weeks and even feeling that I was in the best shape I’d have ever been in, I put up this big egg. I don’t have any definitive explanations. There are many candidates though:
- Been doing base work and no speed work
- It’s hot and humid as hell
- Legs were fatigued
- Something physically wrong with my legs
- I’m old and my time has come and gone
