Legs felt sore, what else is new? I almost didn’t run and had to stop several times because of torrential rain. Luckily Bear Creek Park stayed dry enough for me get 8 miles out of the way. Unfortunately rain is forecasted for the whole entire week. I can’t remember the last time that happened. What is this Seattle or something?

Looks like this is going to be a summer with two unmistakeable characteristics...wet half the time, and scorching heat the other half. We're due a hot, hot summer...haven't had one for a while.

Agree with Sam...i know it seems like every summer is way hot, and it is, but we havent had a REALLY hot summer for some time...
and dude, its also hurricane/tropical storm; the rain we've been getting is actually normal; pop up showers in the afternoons.
