Getting myself slowly acclimated to doubles. 1 mile really isn't anything but I have to start somewhere. I will add a mile each week in the evenings.

I second that. You gotta start somewhere. It's easier to acclimate your body to the additional work if you're already in the habit of at least getting out there.my Word Verification:dubble
