Not the most impressive of workouts, 1 Minute fast, 1 Minute slow, 2 Minutes Fast, 2 Minutes Slow, and so on and so forth… I expected to hit more sub 5 minute splits. The legs felt good, I just didn’t run fast. Didn’t force anything, stayed relaxed and didn’t look at the watch.
