Progressive Run – 9.24 Miles Total

  • Jump Rope – 5 x 20 Each Leg
  • 15 Sec Strides 1 Minute rest

  • 1.24 Mile Cool Down
  • Gym – Leg work

Managed to get down to about 5:20 pace at the 7.5 mile point but then broke down and decided to continue to run through it to complete the 8th mile. Third workout in the last 4 days.
