.25 Mile, 1:16, 5:02 pace
Picked up the new Adidas Bostons. I’m happy to be out of the Lunar Glides. Instead of doing strides I will start off doing a quarter of a mile around 4:50 pace at the end of my runs. I want to get my legs used to running at this pace and also for them to get a little bit tired to simulate a little bit of speed endurance. It shouldn’t be long enough for me to feel it the next day.
