Strides and Gym Work

Had 0 energy but since I have a race tomorrow decided to do something, anything. I did some light work on my legs and I was clearly weaker than normal. In some cases had to drop weight about 60 pounds. Get this, check out my strides:

  • Strides
    • 5:29, 5:27, 4:54, 6:23*, 5:26

* Record for slowest stride

Yes folks that is 6:23!!! Should I race tomorrow hmmmm???
